The EITT final presentation is the culmination of your work in this course, representing the business pitch for the venture you have developed. This is your opportunity to synthesize all the customer discovery and validation you've conducted and present a compelling, evidence-based narrative to a panel of potential investors and advisors. The pitch should be a well-rehearsed story that is clear, concise, and persuasive, moving beyond a simple recitation of your Business Model Canvas to articulate a powerful vision for your company.
The pitch must begin by clearly stating your **Company Name** and immediately grounding the audience in the world of your customer. You will articulate the **Problem** you have discovered, making it relatable and significant. Following this, you must define the **Market**, quantifying the opportunity and describing your target customer segments with precision. The core of your presentation will then be your proposed **Solution**—your unique value proposition—which must be presented as the clear and compelling answer to the problem you have just outlined. This section should not only describe your product or service but also explain why it is fundamentally better than any existing alternative.
Finally, you will detail the operational and strategic pillars of your venture. Your **Business Model** section must explain how you will create, deliver, and capture value, detailing your revenue streams and key cost structures. You must provide a clear analysis of the **Competition**, identifying your key competitors and explaining your sustainable competitive advantage. You must present the **Validation** you have achieved through your customer development journey, using data and direct feedback as evidence that your hypotheses about the problem, solution, and business model are correct. You will then outline your go-to-market plan in the **Marketing & Sales** section, describing how you will reach your customers and grow your business. To build credibility, you will introduce your **Team**, highlighting the relevant skills and experience that make you the right people to solve this problem. Lastly, you will present your **Financials**, providing key projections and assumptions, and conclude with your **Milestones**, outlining your key objectives for the next 36 months and making a clear "ask" or call to action for the investors.
The final presentation is to be followed by the [[EITT demonstration video]]. Together, the final presentation and demonstration video must last less than 10 minutes.
