[[EITT teams]] are grouped into shifts (turnos) composed of a maximum of 6 teams, attending the same [[EITT PClass]], to receive personalized guidance and support from the same instructor throughout the semester. This organizational structure is designed to foster a more collaborative environment where teams can closely monitor and engage with the progress of their peers within the same shift. By having a smaller, more focused group, teams are better positioned to provide and receive constructive feedback during the bi-weekly presentations. This setup encourages a deeper understanding of each team's projects and challenges, facilitating more meaningful interactions and support. The [[EITT PClass]] connection also promotes a sense of community and shared purpose, as teams work together towards common objectives while benefiting from the insights and experiences of their P-class instructor. In the Fenix academic management system, the shifts corresponding to a [[EITT PClass]] are identified by "EITT3PBxx", where "xx" is the shift number. There are also [[EITT TClass]] shifts identified by "EITT3Txx". Next: [[EITT enrollment]] Back to [[EITT Course Logistics]]
