This class is team-based, with all work and study conducted in teams. Students must participate in this class as part of a team of 5 or 6 members. Teams will self-organize and establish individual roles independently, without formal titles such as CEO or VP. The focus will be on continuously identifying and assigning tasks that must be completed. In addition to the instructors, each team may have a mentor to provide assistance and support. The teams will be grouped into shifts of 6 teams, where each shift corresponds to a [[EITT PClass]]. All team members must be enrolled in the same shift. All team members should attend the same [[EITT TClass]] since there are in-class activities involving the whole team. While the academic management system Fenix uses the term "group" for a team of students working together on the same project, we will use the term "team" to emphasize the importance of collaboration and teamwork in this course.
